The nose, delicate and subtle, opens with notes of dried fruit, almonds, and pistachios. After aeration, the wine reveals aromas of orange zest and plum, combined with mineral and briny notes. On the palate, the attack is supple, and the wine displays a pleasant roundness enhanced by a lovely mineral backbone. The finish is fresh and briny, with notes of mirabelle plum and citrus zest.
