1. PURPOSE

These Terms & Conditions govern:

The site is accessible 24/7 except for maintenance or force majeure. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Descriptions are provided with care but do not constitute an absolute contractual commitment.

5. ALCOHOL SALES

In accordance with applicable law, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors. By placing an order, the customer confirms they are of legal drinking age (18+). Please drink responsibly.

6. PRICES

All prices are listed in Euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes (all taxes included — TTC). Shipping costs are specified before payment. Prices are subject to change. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of ordering.

7. ORDERING

Placing an order requires:

Confirmation of the shopping cart
Acceptance of these T&Cs
Payment.

The order becomes final upon confirmation.

8. PAYMENT

Payment is immediate and secure.

Accepted methods: credit card and other methods listed at checkout.

All transactions are processed through secure payment providers.

9. WINE SHIPPING

Deliveries are made within mainland France only (excluding Corsica and overseas territories). Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and complying with local alcohol regulations.

10. RECEIPTS & CLAIMS

Upon receipt, please inspect the package and report any damage immediately. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours with supporting documentation (photos).

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase.

Conditions: products must be unopened and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

12. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during orders or reservations is used solely for processing and fulfillment. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. In accordance with applicable data protection law (GDPR), customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.
